How To Remove Black Heads

    How To Remove Black Heads

When the hair follicle is clogged, the small, darkly raised convexity on the skin surface is called the blackhead. The reason that the black head looks dark is the phenomenon that occurs when pores clogged due to oxidation are exposed to air, not because of dust.

Steam

Steam the face and use a scrub. Steaming the face softens the pores, which can easily remove the blackhead with a scrubbing agent, which helps to reduce the pores.
Prepare a large bowl, water, and a clean towel.
Boil water. Cool and pour into a bowl.
Bend over the bowl and cover your head with a towel so that the steam concentrates on your face.
Steam your face for 5-10 minutes. Be careful not to steam too close to prevent burns.
Wash your face with warm water
Steam your face a few times a week, then use a scrub.

Exfoliate

Exfoliate your nose with baking soda. Exfoliation can be done to prevent dead skin cells from clogging pores to prevent blackheads. In addition, the removal of dead skin cells makes the circulation of the blood smooth and gives the skin a healthy shine.
Mix 2 teaspoons baking soda with mineral water in a bowl to make a dough. Apply a baking soda paste to your nose and gently massage your skin without damaging it. [2]
Let the dough dry for a few minutes, then rinse it off with warm water. Exfoliate once or twice a week in this way.
Baking soda dries out the blackheads, making the skin look brighter and cleaner.
You can also add apple cider vinegar to the baking soda dough. Apple cider vinegar is a natural astringent and has antibacterial properties

Sugar Scrub

Use a sugar scrub. If possible, add jojoba oil to the sugar scrub. This is because jojoba oil is the most similar to sebum. Sebum is an oil released by the body to prevent the skin from drying out.In the absence of jojoba oil, grape seed oil, olive oil, and almond oil are used instead.
In a sealed glass bottle, add 4 tablespoons of oil and 1 cup of brown or white sugar. Stir and mix well.
Soak your face in water and scrub with your fingertips. Massage your nose and face in a circular motion.
Massage for 1-2 minutes,  And wash it with warm water.
Do not use scrubs more than 2-3 times a week. This is to avoid getting the skin dry or irritated.
Store the scrub agent in an airtight glass bottle in a cool, dark place. It can be stored for up to 2 months.

Pack

Pack the mud. Bentonite clay is used to make a good mud pack. It can be purchased online or at health food stores. Bentonite clay is rich in minerals and has been used for hundreds of years to treat numerous diseases, especially skin-related diseases. Mud packs extract blackheads from the mud while the skin absorbs minerals.
Mix 1 tablespoon of bentonite clay with water or apple cider vinegar. It should be sticky, but at a concentration that is easy to apply.
Apply a thin layer of mud to your nose with your fingertips. Let it sit for 10-20 minutes until dry. When the mud pack dries, you will feel the face pulling. People with dry skin, especially if they leave the mud pack for too long, dry or irritate the skin. Adjust the time to dry the mud pack according to your skin type.
Wash the pack with warm water and apply moisturizer to your nose.
To see the effect, apply mud regularly at least once a week.

Egg White

Apply egg whites to your nose. Applying live eggs to your face or nose gives off an unpleasant smell. However, egg whites are rich in nutrients and make the skin less dry than other folk remedies to remove blackheads.
1 egg. Prepare a tissue or tissue, a small bowl, and a clean towel.
Separate the white and yolk from the bowl.
Wash your face with your favorite face wash.
Pat your face dry and dry the eggs with a thin layer of egg white on your nose.
Dry the egg whites that were first spread. Next, apply a second layer of egg white to the nose. Let dry. Third, spread a layer of egg white. However, the egg whites that have been applied above should be dried and applied again.
Finally, apply egg whites and leave for 15 minutes. Your face will feel slightly tightened and you will feel pulling. This is a good sign that the egg whites are in close contact with the nose and blackheads.
Soak a towel in warm water and gently wipe the egg whites over your nose. Pat your nose dry.

Make a nose pack. The nose pack consists of a sticky material and a material that can be applied to the nose or face. When the nose pack is removed, the sebum and dead skin cells come off and the blackhead is removed. Nose packs do not prevent blackheads, but rather remove blackheads that have already formed.
Make a nose pack with milk and honey. Unlike commercially available nose packs, it does not contain harmful chemicals or fragrances.

Raw Honey

Prepare 1 tablespoon of raw honey, 1 teaspoon of milk, and a clean piece of cotton (cut off a shirt or towel).
Mix raw honey and milk in a microwave bowl. Put in the microwave and turn for 5-10 seconds. Stir and mix well.
Test whether the temperature of the mixture is not too hot, then spread it thinly over your nose.

Gently press a piece of cotton cloth over your nose.
Let it dry for more than 20 minutes. Then carefully peel off the piece of cloth.
Rinse your nose with cold water and pat dry.
Remove the blackheads with a regular nose pack.
